      <abstract>
        <p>The article formalizes theoretical and methodological foundations of the use of parametric artificial intelligence technologies to ensure the security of sustainable society development. An algorithm for using an artificial neuron to describe a model of social development is proposed. Optimization of the processes of using neural networks in creating an expert system for forecasting safe social development is conducted.</p>
