The installation plan, operation and functions of the military field camp are very important for a military unit action. Every army in a NATO country strives to set up a military camp that is as flexible and comfortable as possible. NATO has set standards for the installation of a military field camp, and each country in the organization relies on this standard. This study was focused on how to build a military field camp as quickly as possible and to minimize the loss of various resources.
The research developed a focus group survey analysis method to identify weaknesses in the military field camp setting process, accomplished an in-depth interview analysis method with four Lithuanian Grand Duke Vytenis General Support Logistics Battalion Field Camp Installation Experts. Moreover, was accomplished a comparative analysis to compare military field camps plans before and after installation. In addition, an operational process analysis approach was used, which depicts the installation of a military field camp from planning to unit deployment. There was used the Bizagi Modeler v3.7 software to construct the intelligent process automation diagram which showed the military camp installation improvement solutions [18]. Moreover, the in-deep cause analysis method was used, which helped to identify the main problems of the military field camp installation.
The special role of grain in the composition of commercial products of the agro-industrial complex is determined by its strategic importance as a main food product and a very important, and for certain branches of animal husbandry, a crucial component of feed. On the other hand, Kazakhstan has become a major grain producer due to its natural and other features. In the conditions of economic transformation, the preservation of grain production and ensuring the rational use of its development potential is largely determined by the state of market functioning. In the formation and development of the grain market, inter-industry economic relations are of paramount importance. The new situation of Kazakhstan’s participation in the world grain market, which requires scientific generalization, is connected with the formation of sovereign States and the transformation of trade between them from interregional to interstate.
The green economy is one of the important tools to ensure the sustainable development of any country. Green economy is defined as an economy with a high level of quality of life of the population, careful and rational use of natural resources in the interests of present and future generations and in accordance with the country’s international environmental obligations. The paper tackles a case of Kazakhstan. New policy towards green economy, as it is claimed, provides the basis for deep systemic reforms to improve the welfare, quality of life of the population of Kazakhstan and the country’s entry into a list of the 50 most developed countries in the world. In modern conditions, the relationship of economic development with changes in the environment, the impact on many forms of international economic relations is an important feature of the globalization of the economy. One of the most pressing issues among the international community is the issue of introducing a green economy, which is a reliable driving force of economic growth in emerging markets, providing new opportunities of overcoming the economic crisis. The paper analyzes efforts of Kazakhstan trough its active economic policy to transform its economy into green one.
