Changes in the state governance in Russia continues. The reasons why those changes are made could be found in “Russian Doctrine” an academic work of Russian right wing academia, which recommends establishing in Russia a new type of empire - a network based hierarchical governing system. Without publicly announcing the Doctrine as own ideological doctrine V. Putin uses it as a guidance. While restoring Russia as a global power he sees this type of governance as the best condition to maintain his own status as well. With V. Putin coming from the military organization which appreciates efficiency achieved though centralised management, synchronized activities and application of technologies, the changes are achieved by applying same principles in political statements and official documents and implemented in structural changes and applications of technologies.
Employee training is a systematic activity implemented in a hierarchical organization to which the police belong. It is therefore necessary to properly manage this system at the appropriate level, because it has a positive impact on the level of social security. Staff training and development are increasingly appreciated by organizations, especially those that implement a country’s security policy. The purpose of the study is to present the essence of training and improving Police employees, which in turn will allow to develop a model for such training and its management as one of the most important tasks of the personnel departments. Management in this area plays an important role in setting directions for the development of employees’ potential and effectively facilitates the introduction of any changes that will be reflected in the work effectively performed by officers.
The article formalizes theoretical and methodological foundations of the use of parametric artificial intelligence technologies to ensure the security of sustainable society development. An algorithm for using an artificial neuron to describe a model of social development is proposed. Optimization of the processes of using neural networks in creating an expert system for forecasting safe social development is conducted.
This article is a continuation of the historical overview of corporate social responsibility (CSR), took place in the 20th century. The main definitions, principles, actions were explained with the purpose of research the influence if the kinds of responsibilities as legal, ethical, philanthropic on the sustainable development of the enterprise. The consequent CSR concepts observations are presented, namely Social Responsibility of Business Man, Stakeholder Approach, Three dimensional model, Three-dimensional model of principles, policies and processes, Institutional framework and extended corporate actions, Three-domains approach, Contemporary concept. The new XXI centuries SCR concepts were discovered and their theories fixed. Novel insights into contemporary meaning of SCR are being suggested.
This article present a historical background of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) evolution since 1950s to the contemporary concept which represents CSR as a process to integrate social, environmental, ethical, human rights and consumer concerns into business operations and core strategy in close corporation with multi-stakeholders of enterprise. As we enlarged the scope of our research we found an extensive panorama of theories about corporate social responsibility, an abundance of approaches, and diverse descriptions of the models. Corporate social responsibility can be called corporate conscience, corporate citizenship, social performance, or sustainable responsible business. The first part of this research paper offers a historical overview of CSR, to facilitate the account from a thematic point of view which switching-over to the CSR evolution into different concepts.
